When used following an initial treatment with DOUXO Calm Shampoo, Calm Micro-emulsion Spray contributes to the long term control of generalized inflammatory skin conditions. It is perfect for those pets who need treatment between baths to help provide relief from itching and inflammation.

The fine mist spray is a submicronic emulsion of cationic surface active agents (Phytosphingosine salicyloyl, Hinokitiol, Raspberry seed oil) along with technology that helps the product travel over the surface of the skin. Each droplet contains hundreds of nano-spheres of beneficial skin-healing ingredients to mix with cells on the surface of the skin and travel through the intercellular spaces of the stratum corneum. The active ingredients remain intact in the spheres until they penetrate the skin where they diffuse slowly to help heal and restore the skin barrier.

Directions For Use: External use only. Shake well before use. Brush the pet’s hair against the natural fur line, then spray the product by holding the pump approximately 12 inches from the pet’s body, thus dispensing the product over the targeted area. The product will disperse naturally, do not over apply.

1 spray per 10 lbs. The number of sprays can be doubled for long-haired dogs. The veterinarian’s recommendations should be observed. It is generally recommended to apply twice a week. Contains approximately 400 sprays per bottle.

• Calm Shampoo on Day 1, 10 and 19
• Calm Micro-Emulsion Spray on Day 4, 7, 13, 16, 22 and 25

• Phytosphingosine salicyloyl 0.05% (PS): A pro-ceramide found naturally in the stratum corneum and some skin ceramides. PS applied topically can help restore the skin barrier and has anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe skin irritations. The ceramides in the skin are critical in helping keep the skin healthy.
• Raspberry seed oil: Has anti-inflammatory properties, is rich in antioxidants and has vitamin E to help moisturize the skin.
• Hinokitoil (conifer oil): Has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties.
• Fragrance-free for very sensitive skins.
• Does not contain paraben.
