Phytosphingosine is a pro-ceramide that helps restore the skin barrier, and also has anti-inflammatory properties. Hinokitiol is a natural antibacterial and antifungal agent. Raspberry seed oil is rich in Omega-6 fatty acids and antioxidant tocopherols. DOUXO® Calm Gel also contains powerful natural antioxidants (NDGA and Vitamin E) and moisturizers. The association of these active ingredients in DOUXO® Calm Gel helps manage irritations, restore the skin barrier and control the local flora. The polymers Pemulen® and Glycofilm® provide an immediate soothing and refreshing effect at application, and provide a surface matrix that acts as a second skin, protecting the lesions from external aggression and allowing the progressive release of the actives. DOUXO® Calm Gel contains no artificial fragrance or parabens.
Directions & Dosage
External use only. Spray directly on the skin by holding the pump approximately 8 inches from the lesion. The veterinarian’s recommendations should be observed. It is generally recommended to use once a day until disappearance of the lesions.
